At Listing:  $399
Payment by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) accepted
 

At Closing:
A small transaction fee of .0033 of the final contract sales price is due Sellect Realty.  That's only 1/3 of 1%!

FMLS charges a transaction fee of .12% of the final contract sales price that the seller is responsible for paying (a mandatory fee for all properties listed and sold).

Plus, a Buyer's Agent selling commission (typically, 3%), if your property is sold to a buyer represented by an agent.

The above fees are deducted from your proceeds on the Settlement Statement, at closing.
